Even trilogies drive me crazy. For Lit to Film Club (Oakland University), I read Stieg Larsson's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo back in August. I've been itching to know what was going to happen to Lisbeth Salander so I was compelled to pick up The Girl Who Played With Fire just a few days ago. The book ended with Lisbeth taking a gunshot wound to the brain!
Since Dead Reckoning was not available, I decided to pick-up the highly recommended book, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It's been on my "to be conquered" list for ages. While waiting for my flight back to DTW, I began devouring the book and could hardly put it down while on the plane. I finished it last night before bed and now I am itching to read Catching Fire and Mockingjay. Due to the holiday, my local library is closed and I am contemplating on driving the 45 minutes to Barnes and Noble to purchase The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest and Dead Reckoning and Catching Fire. I suppose I'll just have to be slightly crazy for a spell...
